“I believe in a Just Transition for Alaska. My top priorities include improving access to broadband borough-wide, and continuing to fund and improve our public goods such as the library, our community centers, and our schools.”

Kristan Kelly

FAIRBANKS NORTH STAR BOROUGH: Assembly, Seat G

“One example of how my campaign priorities align with a Just Transition is my support for the development of an accessible trail system connecting existing trails in Fairbanks from the west side at University of Alaska Fairbanks to the east side at Birch Hill. This project will be accessible to all residents of the borough and have multiple partners...It will also be an economic driver increasing tourism in a sustainable, healthy and energy-clean manner.”

FAIRBANKS NORTH STAR BOROUGH: Assembly, Seat A

“My top legislative issue was increasing access to affordable, reliable and adequate broadband. I bring this right to the front of my public policy debate. This is a practical social justice issue with a sound economic foundation.”
