Trailside Discovery Camp
Trailside Discovery Camp is a camp program in Alaska that provides a broad range of outdoor environmental education experiences for students ages 4 to 16 from all economic, social, and cultural backgrounds. We provide summer camps at the Campbell Creek Science Center in Anchorage and Spring Creek Farm in Palmer. We also offer special winter and spring programs during school breaks. Winter Wilderness Camp Dec. 27th-29th, & Jan. 3rd-6th!
Enrollment begins Nov. 1st!
Trailside Discovery is offering a Winter Wilderness Camp from 9:00 am to 4:00 p.m. throughout winter break (except holidays) at the Campbell Creek Science Center. Programs will emphasize hands-on outdoor activities and educational nature games such as Winter survival, snowshoeing, snow shelters, orienteering, winter birds, group initiatives and much more! Trailside Discovery is an American Camping Association accredited camp and Alaska’s leading non-profit outdoor environmental education opportunity for kids. Please join us for a positive outdoor experience!
