Bruce Carr, Director of Strategic Planning for the Alaska Railroad, will present an update on plans for commuter rail service between Anchorage and the Mat-Su Borough. Bruce currently represents the Alaska Railroad on several local, statewide, regional and international organizations, including the Alaska Canada Rail Connection Working Group. He also serves on the Governing Board of the Alaska University Transportation Center of the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
