Clean Power
Happy Hour

Clean Power Happy Hour is our series of forums on renewable energy and energy efficiency topics in Alaska.

At these events, we provide a space to discuss the opportunities and challenges we face moving our state towards sustainable energy options. Energy experts and community leaders come together to have a real dialog about how renewable energy can work for all Alaska residents.

Have your voice heard and learn more about viable clean energy options.

The Alaska Center has partnered with Renewable Energy Alaska Project (REAP), NAACP, Alaska Center for Energy and Power, and others for these forums. We have a growing community of partners and can provide support for Clean Power Happy Hours throughout Alaska and in your community.

September 24 at 49th State Brewing Co (717 W 3rd Ave, Anchorage) from 6pm - 8pm.

National Drive Electric Week is a nationwide celebration to heighten awareness of today's widespread availability of plug-in vehicles and highlight the benefits of all-electric and plug-in hybrid-electric cars, trucks, motorcycles, and more. The Alaska Center, in partnership with Chugach Electric, is celebrating with another Clean Power Happy Hour for our Anchorage community members.

We invite you to join us at 49 State Brewing at 6pm for an evening presentation about the national, statewide, and local landscape for electric vehicles and personal stories from EV drivers in AK.
